The next restorative series begins this Wednesday. We will be focusing on opening up our side body and creating more space in our ribs & hips ~ improving our ability to flow and sway through all life brings us.

Horizon, our next restorative yoga series, will assist in smoothing the waters in which we walk through life by bringing balance to the hips. This 5 week series begins March 12th at 5:45. $75 for series, $20 drop in.

Dho Mimo will teach rhythms and dance (according to participants abilities and experience). The rhythms will be those that will be used in the dance sessions.Dho Mimo is from Guinea west Africa, taught to drum and dance by his family.
