Our next Friday Night Dinner in the series is JUNE 20. We will be featuring J Bar S Ranch Bison tenderloin steaks; select wines from Wild Diamond Vineyards winemaker, Bruce Regalia; and seasonal produce from Cottonwood Farm. Our pre-dinner cocktail will be a (our) mint Mojito. Plus serve yourself a local IPA from Kelsey Creek Brewery. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available during dinner. Vegetarian option available on request. We will have a “piano bar(n)” and will encourage play and sing alongs with Chris Inglis, man of a thousand songs.

Chef Tammy is the owner and executive chef of The Ripe Choice Farm Stay& Catering. She will gladly open the farm for you to host a family reunion, wedding, celebratory dinners. All California cuisine, fresh farm to table. Chef Tammy operated a very successful catering business in Manhattan Beach, CA for almost 20 years before expanding her offerings by purchasing this beautify Lake County farm.
